Bay Garnett
Bay Garnett is a freelance fashion stylist, creative director, author and editor. An advocate for sustainability in fashion, she pioneered the use of second-hand clothes in high fashion. As senior independent fashion advisor to Oxfam, she led the charity’s London Fashion Week runway shows in 2017 and 2024 and collaborated on their 2019 ‘Second-hand September’ campaign. In 2020 and 2021, she created luxury Oxfam pop-up shops in Selfridges department store, the first ventures of their kind. In 2021, Garnett participated in a panel discussion at COP26 in Glasgow on ways to decarbonise the fashion industry. Her book Style and Substance was released in 2023.
