London-based creative Jessica Sweidan has been engaged in global philanthropy since she graduated from Northwestern University (USA) in 1993 alongside her husband Adam. In 2009, they launched Synchronicity Earth, a UK-based charitable foundation that identifies overlooked and underfunded conservation priorities. Its aim is to protect and restore nature in some of the Earth’s most wildlife-rich but highly threatened regions. Committed to nurturing the human capacity to respect and uphold cultures and ecosystems, Sweidan is active in the UK and global environmental arena as an advisor, trustee and mentor.
