Char Bailey is a qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and personal performance coach. Focusing on mental health and autism advocacy, she facilitates workshops for self-awareness, stress management, confidence and resilience. A mentor with the LGBT+ young people’s charity Just Like Us, Bailey is also Director of People and Culture at Birmingham Pride and Education and Inclusion Officer for UK Black Pride. Diagnosed with autism as an adult, she is co-chair of Neurodiversity in Business. This year, she featured in The Guardian’s Pride Power List, the 100 Visible Lesbian List and the Black Lesbian Power List. Bailey also works for Diversity Umbrella and writes features for Diva Magazine.
