Deborah Milner established her couture atelier in 1991 after studying at St Martins School of Art and the Royal College of Art. In 2005 Deborah Partnered with Aveda to create her first Ecoture^TM Collection, inspired by the idea that fashion brands can be successful without exploiting the environment. From 1999 to 2015, she worked as a consultant for Alexander McQueen, realising many of his complex show pieces and setting up and running the McQueen Couture Studio. In 2016, she re-launched her own couture label with a solo collection inspired by the plight of coral reefs, using natural dyes and sustainable materials to highlight the sustainable ethos behind her brand.
