Tom Bloxham
Tom Bloxham MBE is founder and chairman of the award-winning regeneration company Urban Splash, which has won 480 awards for architecture, regeneration, design and business successes. He co-founded the company in 1993, aged 29, initially redeveloping an unloved Liverpool building into the Concert Square mixed-use scheme. Since then, Urban Splash has undertaken successful development projects across the country. Bloxham was founding chair of Manchester International Festival, Factory International and Centre for Cities think tank, chair of the Arts Council NW, and has been a trustee of Tate Galleries, Manchester United Foundation and Barbican Centre Trust. When not working, he enjoys art, architecture, ski-touring, walking, and watching Manchester United.
